Tours are operated for groups of 8-15 participants, and a Japanese guide cyclist will accompany each group. The standard itinerary is 7 nights and 8 days, visiting Nagano, Myoko highland, Lake Nojiri, Kashiwazaki and Niigata, cycling along famous viewing spots.
Tours are divided into different groups: one for folding bikes such as Brompton, and one for road bikes & eBike.
If you are bringing your own bike to Japan, your bike case and other luggage will be loaded onto a truck at the airport in Japan and delivered to your hotel in your departure location. You can travel light and empty-handed in Japan to move to Day 1 hotel. Your luggage will be carried in a support vehicle while you cycle, so there is no need to carry it on your bike.
We recommend joining this tour next spring or autumn 2027, from the end of March to end of April, as cherry blossom season and October to November as the autumn color is in full swing. Groups of a minimum of 10 people must apply.
